Put together a website that explains what problem you solve. People are looking for solutions. They want to know what you can do for them that will make their lives better! Connect on social media. Mix images and thoughtful dialogue with usability and SEO (search engine optimization) to show up where your customer is when they need you!
3. Keep the communication consistent.
It is more than putting your logo on the page. Is the tone of your website the same as the message on your sales flyers? Do you have a consistent typeface, color scheme, value proposition, and call-to-action? Here is the big one… Are you measuring any of this?
4. Be ready to do good work!
Make sure that your products and services are clearly defined. Do your job with integrity. Quality is being dependable. Once your brand is in place you have to stand behind it, you have to give it life. Create the reputation your brand was built for.
